All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (when applicable). Please make sure to verify your shipping information prior to checking out as we are unable to offer a refund on orders sent to the incorrect address.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 72hours, not including shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Returns and Exchanges
Many of our products are hand made, one of a kind items, thus, all sales are final.
